Put your heart into your fingers, point and call, okay!

When you travel by train in Japan, you see workers performing pointing and muttering rituals. This is part of a Zero-accident Total Participation Campaign. Here's a job advert for Japan Trains showing Yubisashi Kakunin - literally 'Pointing Checking' or Pointing and Calling.
